The mission statement of this site is to inform the public about the organizations whose mandates are to protect the investing public and to regulate the capital markets with rules governing the investment industry and the required courses which are given by theme. Unfortunately the information given by these self regulatory organizations specifically the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and the Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC)  formally known as the Investment Dealers Association (IDA) and the Ontario Securities Commission can be and should be scrutinized very carefully.
